Trichur Homestay provides very neat and clean, five bedroom apartment with AC or Non-AC Bedrooms with dining and living areas, kitchen, portico and balcony witha total area of 2560sqf.

All bedrooms (220 Sqf each) have an attached bathroom and hand wash area. Two bedrooms are with queen sized beds; and two bedrooms are with king size or two twin beds for the comfort of the guests. The rooms are equipped with a 32" LED TV & set top box for cable connection. 50 Sqf wardrobes are available in each room for the convenient storage of clothes and other items. The rooms have ceiling fan, and adequate natural & artificial light with professionally fitted LED Tube light, wall & reading lamps, and foot lamp. An electric kettle is provided on the table with tea & coffee provisions along with filtered water.

AC rooms are fit with 1.5 Ton noise free split Air Conditioner.

Each bedroom has attached neat and clean bathroom and hand wash area. The bathroom has 24 hour running hot water and is connected with modern cold and hot water mixer, with head and hand showers. A western raised closet is fitted in the bathroom for the convenience of the guests.

The dining area is furnished with a dining table for six in the ground floor and dining table for four on the first floor. Both dining areas have hand wash areas with wash basin .The living area has a sofa ,able to seat six people , with tea table on the ground floor; and three seat sofas on the first floor. The ground floor living and dining area has atotal area of 480 Sqf and the first floor has a total area of 240 sqf.

The neat and clean kitchen is equipped with marble top counter ,gas stove , refrigerator,microwave oven, utensils and adequate storage.

High speed WIFI connection is available in the room and premises at all times. Trichur Homestay provides car parking and has a walking path in the compound. Washing machine and Iron box is available with drying facility. Inverter back up is provided to support the fan and light, in case of power failure.
